Ivy Larson talks about healthy eating during the holidays on The Self Improvement Show

Ivy d-headshot-250The holidays are right around the corner and some of you are already worrying about the food and calories. Do you eat them or not? Carrot sticks or a brownie? It is estimated that the average American consumes 4,500 calories and a whopping 229 grams of fat from snacking and eating a traditional holiday dinner with turkey and all the trimmings. Not only do you add calories but you eat things that sap your energy, compromise your immune system and leave you feeling tired and sluggish. Ivy Larson is going to talk about how you can “eat clean” during the holidays and still have scrumptious food without the calories and additives.

If you knew what to do to feel and look your best and age gracefully, would you do it, too? Would you do it even if it meant making some changes in your lifestyle? Ivy Larson did and it paid off big time. Now she shares a program with you that will help you shed the aches and pains, the fatigue and the pounds. As an All-American Cheerleader, dancer and gymnast, Ivy always had a passion for fitness. Her interest in nutrition was sparked by a diagnosis pf MS in 1998 at the age of twenty-two. Along with her husband, Andy Larson, M.D., Ivy developed an anti-inflammatory nutrition program that has kept the symptoms of her disease in remission for almost 15 years and has helped thousands of people with all kinds of inflammatory medical conditions improve their health and regain their lives. If you are serious about a healthy lifestyle this is a program you definitely won’t want to miss.
